Installation
Install the Neutrality client and collector on a Windows x64 host, authenticate against your profile, and confirm events are arriving.
Invite only Installer downloads are tied to a reviewed account. If you don't have one yet, request access first.
Install the client
Download the signed package from your profile page and run it from an elevated prompt. The installer registers the collector driver and writes the default profile to %PROGRAMDATA%\Neutrality.
